ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information required by the User regarding the methods of ordering, sale, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website https://panelade3pes.pt/.

These conditions regulate all the steps required to place an order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

The User places his/her order by completing the purchasing process presented on the website https://panelade3pes.pt/, adding the product(s) or service(s) he/she wishes to order to the shopping cart.

To send his/her order, the User must complete the information and choose the options that are made available to him/her throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the tax number and name that, for tax purposes, he/she want to appear on the invoice).

The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these General Conditions of Sale which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

The Company will honor the orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of product availability, the Panela de 3 Pés is committed to informing the User as soon as possible.

The data on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with alterations.

Order requests are valid for 3 (three) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that sets a different deadline, it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within this period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

If some products ordered are out of stock, the value of the same will be credited to the User’s card after the order is closed.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

The delivery time for Portugal is 2 to 3 working days, depending on the method chosen. The Panela de 3 Pés works from Monday to Friday.

The orders will be sent by CTT and the shipping costs are indicated in near each product.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

The prices must be read in Euros.

If there is an increase in the price of a product/service, the User will be informed immediately, and may choose to receive his/her order (making the payment of the difference) or to proceed to its cancellation.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND

 We will only accept requests for returns, exchanges or refunds up to 14 days after the delivery date. The product must be sent to our address, with the receipt, label and original packaging. Before returning the product, contact us at info@panelade3pes.pt.

Upon receipt of the return, the product will be evaluated and an e-mail will be sent notifying approval or rejection of the return. Simultaneously, the date of shipment of the new product or refund (will be held between 2 to 7 working days) will be communicated.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective products or if they are damaged. The exchange will be for the same product, if available.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refundable.

Whenever possible, the refund should be made by the same method of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the refund can be made by Bank Transfer.

The Company undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 7 days after the return of the products.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by the Company.
